SianToh--a Thai amuletological term--means a big head, Sian = head, Toh = big. OkKrabok means cylinder chest (body). The Somdej's front side looks soft called in Thai amuletological term as "Nua Noom", while the reverse side is of "Nua Jaad" looking like an old-version SWR in some degree.  Ground old-version fragments of SWR are densely seen on the front-side surface --some emerged leveling with the surface, meanwhile so many submerged underneath.
