The Rebellious Protester
Protests happened many times in some auction sites due to their
naively inadequate knowledge
on amulets.
Recently, about some 50-year old amulets from a member of an auction
site were posted for auc- tion.
But they were banned for auction with red icons
by the reason that the amulets were fake.
Actually, those amulets were REAL AUTHENTIC,
but the auction site's team had inadequate knowledge and was naive
for those amulets.
The member had changed new real items for many times and posted them
for auction, but he was yet banned.
A few days later... 4 boxes of amulets (about a 60-70 pieces) of the
same LP were posted on his auction pages with full information and
ended with a protest text with some scornful words to the auction
site's team and administrators.
The auction site's team and administrators greatly lost face because
they were publicly shamed
by the protest text. And they branded him as the "rebellious protester".
Less than 24 hrs later, his membership and all
his auction pages were permanently deleted
from the auction site.
Why the member was so daring to make the strong protest?
The answer is that...those REAL
amulets belong to his father who was the LP (creator)'s layman
disciple and also the temple's liaison man.
And the 4 boxes of the amulets had been seen and examined by many
veteran professionals before. They are REAL AUTHENTIC and a
professional asked him whether he want to sell those amulets. And
the price was offered to him, but it did not meet his requirement.
He politely denied the offer and decided to post those amulets
gradually each by each on auction for much more profit in the long
term.
Actually, the member is the important primary source for the amulets'
history. But he was miserably banned for his real authentic amulets.
He knew well about the outcome, but firmly to go ahead to make
protest publicly and directly to the auction site.
A proverb says...the truth will never die, but one who says the
truth will be died.
Yes, he "died" to sacrifice for the truth of his scornful protest
words.
If auction sites still make such the mistake again and again due to
their inadequate knowledge on amulets like this.
They will certainly encounter next and next protests by their some
daring qualified members.
