LP Daeng Black Somdej
Phim Lek (Phim Kanaen)
 Wat Kao BanDai-it, B.E. 2513/2514
Dimensions: 1.8  X 2.5  cm
Almost all LP Daeng holy-powder 1st batch Somdejs are Phim Yai (big mold), meanwhile Phim Lek (small mold) Somdejs are very hardly to be found and only very few come with the original boxes--they are a very limited edition specially prepared for high-ranking officials and important patrons of the temple.

The above is LP Daeng black Somdej Phim Lek, it's a LP Daeng flagship amulet by these reasons:

a) It's a complete, championship condition in among Phim Lek that I have ever seen in the past 20 years. The Buddha image sitting on the 3-tiered base and other details on the front side are sharp and clear without any defects. Meanwhile the Yant on reverse side is deep, sharp and clear, and in its top condition.

b) Almost all LP Daeng 1st batch, holy powder Somdejs of both Phim Yai and Phim Lek were distributed without original boxes. Only small number of both types of Somdejs were contained in original boxes--for presenting to important patrons, high-ranking officials and close disciples of LP Daeng himself.

c) LP Daeng 1st batch, holy powder Somdejs of both Phim Yai and Phim Lek have the same 3 colors-- red, yellow and black. The rarest in among the 3 colors is black.

d) The black Somdej Phim Lek can be categorized as an Extremely Hard To Find item. It would be flukily found once in a long-year period.

LP Daeng Somdejs Phim Lek were sometimes called Somdej Kanaen. The word Kanaen means score or tally. By theory, every 100th Phim Yai Somdej counted will be marked with a Somdej Kanaen. But practically in amulet markets, a pro may passed through over a hundred pieces of Phim Yai, but a Phim Lek has never been seen yet.

LP Daeng Somdejs Phim Lek are the target for sourcing in among veteran collectors. Efficacies & properties of Phim Lek are the same as Phim Yai because they were blessed in the same sessions and same ceremonies. They are for Metta, life protection, fortune, and any other wishes at request.
