| Somdej Wat Rakang, Phim Yai (Ok Vee) Glazed-ware Crack Surface |

| Most of Somdej Wat Rakang were originally brushed or dipped with black lacquer to
preserve their durability. But due to high to low range tempera- tures environment in a year round and not corresponding co-efficiency of expansion of black lacquer and lime, cracks on surface can be occurred to any amulet of strong and inflexible texture. Cracks on the surface can be seen after black lacquer has been chemically driven off. Most of Somdej Wat Rakangs are of black lacquer driven off. From the above pointings: 2.
