Actually Somdej Wat Rakang three-tiered bases are a group of  3 tables that one top another one. Yet, some collectors call them ladders. Three-tiered bases were hinted by Somdej Phra Phutdhacharn (Toh) and his teacher, Somdej Phra Sangkharaj (Sook Khai Thuan), for three ultimate truth viz:
a. Anijjang   ( Changing or instability )
b  Dukkhang ( Sufferings)
c. Anatta  ( Emptiness )    

From the above pix pointings:
1. The image's right ear may slightly be seen in some amulet pieces. 
2. The neck is often seen.
3. The left armpit is higher than the right one.
