Normally, bronze Buddha images being as nice as those above should be at least 1 meter high. But the Buddha images you have seen here are approximately 4 cm high. It's really an artistic skill of the artisan because he can make Lord Buddha 's face mildly smiling. Moreover, the artisan also made the small Buddha images dismantleable into many pieces by using all original material on creative processing. This is not a dressing up or "retouching " craftmanship, but it's really a magnificent art re-creation. It takes a long time to do the industrious job like this.The artisan needs 60 days to do for one piece !!

All these small Buddha images are "Phra Chinnaraj Indochine B.E.2485 ". The very well-known amulets were created in the 1942 (B.E.2485) at the beginning of the WW II in Southeast Asia zone.The amulets of " Phra Chinnaraj Indochine B.E.2485" were distributed to Thai people and Thai soldiers for enhancing their morale and for self-protection. At that time, Thai troops were sent across the border to seize Burma's Shan State(Chiang Tung) which were populated mainly by Thai ethnic group of people. Through the 3-year war which ended late in 1945, the amulets of Phra Chinnaraj Indochine B.E. 2485 had shown many miraculous effects, especially on warding off all dangers and on invulnerability.

The amulets were blessed by 108 greatest guru monks of that time.The consecration ritual was recorded as Thailand's greatest ever. It's only once. And the second greatest consecration ritual held in B.E.2500(1957). So Phra Chinnaraj Indochine B.E.2485 is one of a few greatest Buddhistic amulets that have ever been created in this country!!.
